I think that the best and safer place in the world to have a plastic surgery is South America. I had all my plastic surgeries done there at the MakeoverTravel clinic (Breast implants, nose /chin surgeries, full liposuction, and lips augmentation) I am very happy with my results; they are just Amazing and very natural!
